How to level up

It's been a few days and mt xp is 5 away from leveling up to 24 but it hasn't moved ive completed jobs upgraded stations met demands hit the gumball machine a few times HELP

  XP is earned with general gameplay. If you believe it is stuck, please submit a ticket with the team and they can take a look :)
