Changing devices: What can I do to keep my progress?

Note: We unfortunately don't support cross-overs between different brands. Example: IOS to Android. 

To ensure that your progress is safe when swapping devices please do the following:

1. Make sure you are logged in to the same Game Centre or Google Account on both devices.
2. Go back to your old device and version, go into the settings and press the cloud icon. This will ensure the latest progress has been uploaded.
3. Go on to your new device and select the cloud option to download your progress!
